A note from us
Every can is one we'd drink ourselves at 06:00.
We train here, shop here and cook here. Health and fitness is the thing we share, so when Juvenate came our way at the end of November 2025, it felt like the natural next step.
We both did our Discipleship Training School with Fire and Fragrance, and got married once Nina had finished hers. Nina studied biokinetics at NWU. Ruben coaches at 1040 CrossFit, the box Fire and Fragrance runs, where he also serves as a missionary.
